Mike the Mechanic

When disaster strikes, who you gonna call??  Mike the Mechanic – well probably not.  However, when the air conditioning in the car sprung a leak, Mike leapt into action and quickly diagnosed a dodgy hose.  The problem was fixed in no time and Charlotte is now enjoying a nice cold car whilst we toil in 23+ degrees. 

Today has been half walking, half R&R with 10 miles covered this morning before stopping at lunchtime in Crawford.  We have now completed 315 miles in total with only 55 miles in Scotland left.  Woo hoo!!

‘M' topics for discussion today were Monaco and Middleton Village (where Mike & Nick used to live). 

Monaco – small principality (we think) full of very rich people after over priced properties.  Perhaps we are just a little bit envious.

Middleton – sorely missed by both of us

Your suggestions for future topics will be very welcome.  Thanks to Carol & Dave for the maths challenge; we are going to take this in two parts.  Firstly we are going to try and understand what the question means and secondly call Richard to find the answer (Richard if you read this, please start working on the answer once you've finished your revision).

I (Mike) have made a miraculous medical discovery that Cognac cures the pains of blisters.  Paul – another one when you're ready please!!
