The Austin Allegro is the worst car in the world - agree or disagree

Apologies that we missed yesterday's blog.  It was a pretty full day again with another 22 miles completed in all weather conditions.  Plus the boys had a bit of making up to do after an earlier finish on Sunday.  It was worth it though as we met some great people at Culloden through Coeliac UK and had a brief history lesson to boot!   Many thanks to Sarah and Angela from Coeliac for letting us be a part of their awareness week and for their warm hospitality.

Last night we were monster spotting at Loch Ness.  Unfortunately we weren't as lucky as Willie's father who spotted him in 1965 but Willie's pint pulling and local tales made up for it.  Thank you to all at Loch Clansman for looking after us and for a lovely evening meal.

Other highlights from yesterday were; seeing our first McDonalds (the burger place not the clan), Mike popping his blisters (a one person highlight as Nick and I both declined his invitation to help) and Nick singing ‘Staying Alive' by the Bee Gee's whilst we drove through Inverness.  It's a long story but for Mike & me, the high pitched singing from the back of the car is not something you expect from a Times Suduko expert!!

We'd like to say huge thank you to Tracey's mum and the ladies at Walsall Golf Club for an absolutely fantastic donation.  We hope you had a great game.

Finally, is the Austin Allegro the worst car in the world?  During day five's hot debate the boys both unanimously decided it was so apologies to any Allegro fans reading this!!
